This location has irresponsible people working here, when I arrived was told it would be 20 minutes before a coworker returned from lunch, and the other lady doing a color treatment, we it’s been 45 minutes now just waiting, asked the lady to call the coworker that was supposed to be here, but she has not even attempted to contact her. I suggest to avoid this place, as they don’t realize customers have other places to be.

Before I found Cristina, I absolutely dreaded taking my kids anywhere to get haircuts. Everywhere I took them, they would mess up their hair. I asked for a fade with 1 on top and 0 bottom.. they literally just did a 1 for their entire head, didn’t even bother for an edge up and to top it off my kid has a bold spot because she got the clippers stuck and just pulled it off!!!
