I won’t be returning. I scheduled an appointment. Showed up 10 mins early. Was told by the manager it would be 10-15 mins. 35 mins later I ask her the status and she immediately became hostile and aggressive. She is unwilling to be courteous to customers. All I needed was to be told a relatively accurate estimate so I could decide to try somewhere else. Instead I have now missed my opportunity for a haircut before traveling.

Do not go here! I just had the absolute worst hair cut of my entire life! My hair is very straight and simple to cut. Never in my life have I seen someone mess up such a simple cut so badly. She went to do the face frame and it turned out uneven with large portions missing where they clearly shouldn’t. I think I could have done a better job myself. Although you can tell the woman was trying she clearly has no idea what she is doing. It’s going to be close to a year before my hair recovers from the face frame lengths she chopped off. I don’t believe she actually could have had a license. I am absolutely devastated. When your husband says “your 7 year old brother could have done better” you know its bad….
