Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment and the manager “Alena” said the stylist was gone for the day. I told her why didn’t anyone call me and she couldn’t explain. The place was empty so I asked her to please cut my hair and she refused. I’ve been a supercuts customer for years and have used different stylist. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or upset that the stylist left early for the day but for a manager to refuse service is lack of leadership and professionalism. I’m also a great tipper and she missed out. I had an appointment and the manager “Alena” said the stylist was gone for the day. I told her why didn’t anyone call me and she couldn’t explain. The place was empty so I asked her to please cut my hair and she refused. I’ve been a supercuts customer for years and have used different stylist. I had a highlight appointment with Alena and when I arrived for my appointment she was not there. Another beautician called her and I asked to speak with Alena. Alena said she was teaching that day. I said you why did you make this appointment for this time, this day when you knew you weren’t going to be here. And why didn’t you call me in advance? Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe hair stylists here are very nice and actually listen. I get my ends cut here once a month.I also had a strip of hair highlighted and the lady who did it was really helpful in answering my questions (never bleached my hair).
