I went in just to get a quick trim because I had some dead ends. Stated that to the guy working, he didn’t even wet my hair (naturally pretty wavy) and then just blindly cuts away. I’m not a hairdresser or anything, but that was sending me red flags. He then proceeded to tell me that he cut more inches off on one side of my head then the other, and it is now extremely uneven. $30 for hair that I have to go get fixed somewhere else because I can’t even wear it down without an extreme noticeable length difference.

So normally this is my go-to spot and usually they’re fast and friendly people. But today I was 2 minutes late getting into the facility because of traffic in front of HEB and once I got in the guy tells me that the clock on my phone is incorrect and that instead of being 2 minutes late I was 4 minutes late. Then proceeds to tell me that there’s nothing he can do for me so when I ask him for whoever his manager is or a card or a phone number or anything even the store number he fled out says well I don’t have her card I’m not giving you her name or her number but I’ll call her if you want me to.
