Critical: ProfessionalismThe room was empty when I arrived to sign my son for his haircut. Stylist Dannia told me we had to wait outside to be called. As I was walking out a gentleman walked in with no appointment to sign in an she allowed him to stay inside. I walked back in for her to explain why he could stay but not my son who was next for the haircut. She allowed us to stay at this point. She was done first but started to clean and walk to the back for 10 minutes until the second stylist was done. She already had her section clean but waited for second stylist to clean her section to take my son. She started to cut the gentleman that was behind my son while my son waited for 5 minutes. I explained why she didn’t take my son when she was clearly ready for over 10 minutes and she said that the second stylist already claimed my son. This was very unprofessional on her part to not take this covid-19 process seriously by allowing someone else inside that was after my son in an empty room and on deliberately skipping him to take this other person and making us wait.Service: HairstylingThe room was empty when I arrived to sign my son for his haircut. The room was empty when I arrived to sign my son for his haircut. Stylist Dannia told me we had to wait outside to be called. As I was walking out a gentleman walked in with no appointment to sign in an she allowed him to stay inside. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have been coming to super cuts for many years. All the ladies from this location have cut my hair and I have not on complaint but I saw I gripe, complaint, well I’d call it more of a whine, from a Marco about 6 days ago. It did sorta happen how he explained but like a whiner he over exaggerated what happened. I’m the other person he talks about and so 1. I did ask to stay inside cause I was dropped off. And I don’t believe he asked why his son couldn’t stay inside because as soon as Daniia said I could stay inside she went out and told them they could wait inside. 2. Daniia did not take 10 minutes to clean up. 3. But the other stylist did finish while Daniia was cleaning and so the were both done about the same time. 4. His son was called about 30 seconds after I sat down, Daniia had NOT started cutting my hair yet. And if Mr. MARCO was so worried about COVID he would have appreciated Daniia’s decision to call me, since I had asked for her, and let the other lady take his son, since she was done as well, so we they could get us both out ASAP. But obviously his worry wasn’t COVID. He just got his feelings hurt. So to the GM these ladies do an excellent job ALWAYS.I have been coming to super cuts for many years. I have been coming to super cuts for many years. All the ladies from this location have cut my hair and I have not on complaint but I saw I gripe, complaint, well I’d call it more of a whine, from a Marco about 6 days ago. It did sorta happen how he explained but like a whiner he over exaggerated what happened. I’m the other person he talks about and so 1. I did ask to stay inside cause I was dropped off. The rest of the staff are friendly and they always make you feel welcome. They accommodate my boys. I started cutting my hair at Supercuts in Harlingen when there was only one in town. Damaris Tovar is great at what she does she always cuts my hair right. That’s why my family and I only go to her. The rest of the staff are friendly and they always make you feel welcome. They accommodate my boys. I started cutting my hair at Supercuts in Harlingen when there was only one in town. When they opened this one I stayed here. Keep up the good work guys!
