This was during the great Valentines Day electrical outage of 2021 as well. They happened to have electricity and had every single light on and playing music, while I was on Day 2 of no electricity in my home. This was the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. I got scalped. It looks like a man’s haircut. It is shorter than my husband’s hair. I very specifically said I didn’t want too much cut off. I only wanted it shaped with a little length taken off at the top and some bulk taken off the back at the bottom. I explained that since I have so much gray I can’t have it too short. I even showed her a picture of a haircut on my phone. She suggested using clippers with an attachment to do the bottom back and sides. I told her I’d never had it done that way and it made me nervous at the idea of the clippers. She said it wouldn’t be too short it would be wispy and feminine. I said okay to the bott but iit made me nervous about doing it that way and not to use it on the sides. When she showed me the back it was VERY SHORT but I didn’t realize how short aand how high up she had gone. When I told her the top looked very short she said she had only taken a little off the top. When I got home and was able to check the back carefully with a mirror I was in shock. I could see my scalp. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE OR TO ANY SUPER CUTS. It is a lesson I learned the hard way. IT WOULDN’T LET ME POST A REVIE UNLESS I CLICKED A STAR RATING. I WOULD HAVE CLICKED MINUS 5 STARS.

Took my son here for his first hair cut. I didn’t expect the much, but all the places I wanted to take him were booked because the holidays. Not only was the haircut horrible, but the lady who cut his hair was extremely rude. I wish I knew her name.. She was sighing loudly like she didn’t want to be cutting his hair. My son wasn’t even moving as much as I’m sure most babies do… It’s sad because she really ruined the first haircut memory for us. I really wish I wouldn’t waited and went somewhere else.
