Critical: PunctualityI have typically come here for a quick trim a few times a year. Today, I looked up the hours online, supposedly they closed at 7pm. I get to the establishment at 540pm, the door is locked-Strike 1. The hours posted on the door show they’re open until 6pm (different than online)-Strike 2. The person that unlocked the door and opened it said they are closed (it’s 5:40p) and they only take appointments- Strike 3. I also mentioned that I went online to make an appointment… He said their app or website has been down for a while and to call…asked if I had the number. I have typically come here for a quick trim a few times a year. Today, I looked up the hours online, supposedly they closed at 7pm. I get to the establishment at 540pm, the door is locked-Strike 1. The hours posted on the door show they’re open until 6pm (different than online)-Strike 2. Critical: ProfessionalismPhillip framed us on daughter’s curly hair. Just for de tangling he added a big extra charge more than the Haircut. Beware of him! He wasn’t straight up with any extra charges (other than straightening before cutting, which I declined ) then came back with some BS charge $1.00 per minute to de tangle!! Aren’t they supposed to comb to cut? Where are the owners of this place to straighten up malpractices? I give 1 star exclusively to the gentleman who took care of my sons hair…other than that, never coming back unless Phillip is gone.Service: Long haircutPhillip framed us on daughter’s curly hair. Phillip framed us on daughter’s curly hair. Just for de tangling he added a big extra charge more than the Haircut. Beware of him! He wasn’t straight up with any extra charges (other than straightening before cutting, which I declined ) then came back with some BS charge $1.00 per minute to de tangle!! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMy wife wanted to do a complete color change on her hair. She was worried about going to a new color and trusted Ms Angie to do it. It was all supposed to be a surprise on my end and boy was I surprised. It looked great!!! My wife said people were giving her compliments everywhere she stopped on her way home. I can see why, I dont know much about hair color but the job she did was amazing.My wife wanted to do a complete color change on her hair. My wife wanted to do a complete color change on her hair. She was worried about going to a new color and trusted Ms Angie to do it. It was all supposed to be a surprise on my end and boy was I surprised. It looked great!!! My wife said people were giving her compliments everywhere she stopped on her way home. I can see why, I dont know much about hair color but the job she did was amazing.

I have a simple buzz cut that takes 5 minutes to knock out by a pro. 10 minutes later I left with a standard cut. I’ve had my hair cut here once and the stylist was a bit awkward when I came in 15 minutes prior to them closing as he reminded me of the closing time (nobody was in the place but him and I). I have a simple buzz cut that takes 5 minutes to knock out by a pro. 10 minutes later I left with a standard cut. I won’t be frequenting this establishment.

Critical: ProfessionalismWhen he had cut some off of my daughter’s hair, before he blow dried it, we asked him to take a little bit more off because it wasn’t as short as she wanted. He responded, “She said shoulder length so if I have to cut off more I’ll have to charge you again for another cut.” We left sad and unsatisfied. We will find another place somewhere else to finish the cut. When he had cut some off of my daughter’s hair, before he blow dried it, we asked him to take a little bit more off because it wasn’t as short as she wanted. He responded, “She said shoulder length so if I have to cut off more I’ll have to charge you again for another cut.” We left sad and unsatisfied. We will find another place somewhere else to finish the cut. We will not return to this location.
