Went here today at 3:30 and asked if they could do a partial highlight and a haircut. The first thing they ask before you can get a word out is if you checked it on the app. When I said no, the stylist appeared annoyed and stated it was “too late” in the day for a color. She did offer to do my haircut to which I politely declined. There were three stylists working and not one had a client in their chair. The only reason I gave them a 2 star is because they told me to have a great day as I walked my happy self to the door.

I brought my 4 year old son to get a haircut at this location and the lady who cut his hair, although cordial with me, was very impatient with him. He was a bit squirmy and I did my best to calm him and help but she was just rude and snarky to him all the way through and extremely impatient even when he was complying. It was very clear she did not like children. I used to work reception in a salon, I know working with children can be difficult in this line of work but stylists always need to remember that also working with children is a part of their job. It breaks my heart because he was so happy through the haircut and she just kept shutting him down. Not sure what to do when you’re in the middle of a haircut and the stylist is being unreasonable. Do you just walk out with an unfinished cut? It’s such an uncomfortable situation to be in.

I have been to this location a few times before and have always had a great experience. This time around it had been over 6 months since my last trim and I needed some dusting and shaping. Cici was my stylist and she was very friendly and gave me exactly what I asked for. I was in and out of her chair in less than 10 minutes and I walked out feeling like a million bucks. It’s amazing what a great haircut and friendly conversation can do! Will definitely be returning!

Have had my hair done by JoAna several times in the past year and I always come out looking better than when I went in! Never disappointed in her work or the other stylists, as they are always short staffed and underpaid they never stop working and never have moods or attitudes as they are constantly taking care of customers. Even on this week’s visit for color touch up she gave my boyfriend a SUPER cut and was very attentive to the details and worked around his wheelchair meanwhile another stylist took care of an elderly client with mobility disability. They really go out of their way for all types and age ranges of customers!!!

I dont like s-cuts too much due to many mishaps,but i do have to give props where its due,i went to Supercuts in the Forum and the stylist i had Skylar went beyond and above making sure that my fade was high and tight. She knew exactly how to cut my hair due to a certain stubborn cowlick that i have.I love my cut and will definitely be returning to her again every 2 weeks for my cuts…
