Lady was nice but I wanted a cleanup not whatever it is she did on my son. I get it it’s super cuts you’re not supposed to expect much but again it was just supposed to be a cleanup. Now we have to wait for whatever it is she did to grow out to go elsewhere and have it fixed. Ladies also chit chat more than work. So be prepared to wait longer than necessary.

This is one of the worst haircuts I’ve had in a long time. The lady asks how I wanted my hair and I told her how I wanted it and she completely does what I don’t want. I told her before she finished that I didn’t tell her that I wanted a high fade and that’s not what I told her, she just apologized. She couldn’t fade right, she couldn’t blend in the side with the top of my hair and she kept hurting my neck every time she went up the back with the clippers. Supercuts really needs to hire good quality stylists, people who actually know how to cut hair and know what they are doing. Where do they find these people. Just because they have a license and certificate doesn’t mean they know how to cut hair the right way. I was super upset walking out. The only good was the lady was nice

The quality of the haircut you’ll get here varies drastically depending on who you end up working with. Some are GREAT. Some are good. Some are very new to cutting hair and need to gain experience to achieve their potential. Everyone is pleasant. Some provide outstanding customer service. The price is very reasonable on the whole for a man’s haircut. The wait is generally shorter than what I see at nearby places. I care more about time and cost. 3.5 stars
