AWFUL experience. From the moment we walked in the door the lady working the front sign in sheet was rude. This was my son’s first haircut (he just turned 1) and basically we had a traumatic experience due to how we were treated. The hairdresser, who unfortunate I cannot remember the name of, was rude and rushed the whole thing. She didn’t try to make the experience any nicer for us and was so irritated that she even had to cut his hair. DO NOT GO HERE. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

Don’t come here for a beard trim. Asked if she knew how to trim a beard, because I know not everyone can, she said yes. That obviously was a lie. Absolutely butchered my beard. Removing several inches, after I specifically asked to just remove maybe a half inch. She tried to fix it and only made it worse. The beard trim should 100% be removed from their list of services.

The wait was a little bit long, but that’s always the sign of a good business. They were packed when I arrived but the staff remained professional despite the rush. The stylist that served me was friendly and efficient, and she did a great job. I’ll definitely return! Reasonable prices, great service, and call-in scheduling make this a convenient stop on your evening commute.

Feb. 5 6:30 my friend and I walked in to the shop there were 4 stylist all in the back on their cell phone. No other customers were present. We walked up to the counter with no greeting or response from any of the employees. We stood there waiting for someone to greet or wait on us. Finally someone came to the counter and ask what we needed we said Haircuts. While my hair is mostly gone I still paid the full price for a cut and the stylist in record time buzzed my head and had me out of the chair in less than 4 min. needless to say that is the kind of haircut I received. My friend on the other hand has full head of hair. He didn’t get two words out of his stylist . needless to say we will be going back to Great Cuts!!!!
