I went in for a haircut and the girl that cut my hair didn’t cut it right and it was choppy and uneven. I contacted Supercuts and they told me I could come in for a refund or have the manager redo it. Judith the manager did a wonderful job and redoing my hair and she corrected what the other girl did. I went there randomly for a tiny trim with a hat covering my hair, making it kinda hard to tell what I do in real life with it, but if you have a GRAIN OF SENSE, you would ASK! The woman who works in the chair behind the register who has brown hair in her official photo but blonde hair now f’d my hair hard. She did not ask how I currently style it or where my part is, ignored everything I said, and proceeded to cut SHORT the bottom 2/3 of my hair, slightly trimming the top, so now I have a butch hair cut I didn’t ask for…as a straight woman…no offense to anyone else but the individual who f’d my hair. My daughter who goes there also does not care for this woman. She threw my longer top hair over my face, “fixed” things, in her view, and when I saw what she had done and was freaking out, she lamely said, “ But I barely took anything off!!!” AVOID!!!!!!!

I wear a scarf for a mask which is completely acceptable by CDC standards. I sat down for a haircut and the latina girl told me I have to have a mask that goes around the ears. I told her the last time I was at this location I was given a disposable mask. She said rudely, “We’re all out of those.” Then when I told her I would hold my scarf over my face she said, “That’s why I hate those!” She totally made me feel like s&*t. She rudely cut my hair and went directly to the cash register. I paid and even tipped her but she was unreasonably mean. I was going to go back in and get my hair cut by her again and not tip her. But I will just avoid the place all together. Won’ go back.
