I went to get my hair cut on 9/5/22 around 2:30pm. The guy that cut my hair was named Devin or Devonte. Can’t remember which. He was really rough on my head with the clippers. Like stabbing my scalp instead of smoothly rolling over my head. He did not listen to me when I said I wanted a zero on the sides and 3 on the top. He said it would look bad and he would do a fade instead. I’ve been getting my hair cut short for 10 years now. I think I know what I want. If he didn’t want to do it or didn’t know how, he should have just said so. He proceeded to buzz the top of my head, pulling the hair back hard with it. Did not do a 0 on the sides. He changed clipper lengths 10 times for no reason. I had enough and was about to leave. I told him to stop cutting my hair. He proceeded to throw his clippers down and interrupt me so much that his co-worker had to tell him to stop talking. She ended up fixing my hair so I didn’t look like a cue ball. She ended up getting the pay and tip for his haircut. He did not come back out and apologize or anything. Left her there with the other customers. She offered me a free haircut card, which is very sweet, but I won’t be coming back because I don’t want to be around a grown man who wants to throw clippers around. Really don’t appreciate a man who can’t admit he doesn’t want to cut my hair because I look too young to know what I want. Or doesn’t feel comfortable giving what is literally a high and tight. The oldest haircut in the book.

I am changing my review to 5… we were not happy with the color, but the manager reached out more than once to help fix the problem! She was so kind and really listened to what we went through. She really understands ! We did get a full refund and a fix no questions asked !! We also got a call from the regional manager and she listened to what we had to say and was very understanding.

Came in to remove dead ends and add long layers on a whim. My stylist was very nice, cant complain there. Leaving, my hair was still wet, as they dont blow dry or shampoo here without an extra charge, so it looked good. Once it dried when I got home it was horrible. None of the layers are blended into my hair, it looks choppy and very unprofessional. I’ve had to wear my hair in a bun until I can get it fixed. Do not recommend this place if they hire someone who cuts simple long layers like this!

The lady cut my hair and then said she could not dry it because she has carpal tunnel so I ask the other lady if she could and she said she was not go at it I think they did this because I showed up when they had lunch I told them I would wait so they can eat and they said no my hair looks so bad that’s is no why to do people will not use them again that’s so sad they did that to me because they was mad so sad

The salon had a funny smell when you walked in. The prices are a little high for just a basic men’s haircut considering they don’t shampoo your hair or style it. After the stylist cut my husband’s hair, she put a towel on his neck to get the loose hair off and he got a rash on his back shortly after.
