Not a big ‘chain store’ person; preferring locally owned shops, when available. However, I was in town for my aunt’s birthday & every other hair salon in town was closed, so I took a chance on Supercuts. I’m happy I did as my haircut & beard trim turned out excellent (the scalp massage w tea tree oil was also fantastic). I’ve been getting compliments on it all week.

I called to see if y’all were opened and was told by appointment only so I made an appointment at that time which was 3 days away. This wait time was completely ok with me considering everything that’s going on. So 3 days later I showed up and was told to wait outside until it was my turn which again I understand. Another gentleman was also waiting and he proceeded to tell me he just pulled up on his bike to see about getting a cut as well. The stylist opened the door and told him to come in and before I could even say a word she told me I was next. I told her that I had an appointment for three days and she still said I would be next. She closed and locked the door before I had time to process my anger. This guy just showed and waited maybe 10 minutes at the most and I had been waiting 3 days. She should of asked both of us if either one of us had an appointment. This would of been the right thing to do. I just left and went home and won’t return. Thanks for nothing!

I just got my hair cut by Le at this location. She was very friendly and did a great job. The price of an adult cut here is only $12.95 which cannot be beat and in this case I didn’t get what I paid for, I got way more! Le took her time on my hair to make sure she did a great job. Highly recommend this Supercuts.
