Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis was the worst experience getting my children’s hair cut. My son’s hair needed to be cut so that it’s in dress code (Barbers Hill). She gelled his hair back before I could check it. We made her check and it was far below his eyebrows still. We explained (again) that it needs to be above his eyebrows and she “fixed” it. We got home and now have noticed that the front of his hair is extremely crooked. There is a good half inch difference between the left and right side when brushed forward. The right side is barely above his eyebrows, the left is far below.Then we moved on to my daughter. She always parts her hair to the side and she wanted it cut so that is all even when she does that. The lady parted it down the middle. When I corrected how my daughter parts her hair, she said they were taught to always part it down the middle to cut hair. I told her that if she’s going to part it down the middle, she cannot cut my daughter’s hair because it will not be even when she styles it the way she always does. She did as she was told (with an attitude) and parted it on the side, but it’s still not even.This lady needs to go back and learn how to cut hair and learn not to argue with customers! This was the worst experience getting my children’s hair cut. My son’s hair needed to be cut so that it’s in dress code (Barbers Hill). She gelled his hair back before I could check it. We made her check and it was far below his eyebrows still. We explained (again) that it needs to be above his eyebrows and she “fixed” it. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWe took my son for a haircut Thursday it was not done properly so we called and returned with him the next day to have it cleaned up The second women to do his hair seated him I showed her a photo and she said okay she had me come look I explained my concerns yet again so she cut more then asked my son to get up he was done I looked again and still was not done well so she seated him again clipped the side and had him out of the chair again so now it’s Saturday and his hair is still not done well or what he wanted he is 10 and wearing a cap because he hates his hair 3 tries and his hair still to be redone and the second lady to see him was soo rude and unprofessional I will never visit here again nor recommend it to anyone.
