Critical: Quality, ValueI went there today, cause the place I normally go to was booked and really needed a hair cut. I had used the place before it wasn’t to bad, always good service, always good hair cut.Ended up being the worst decision ever, I asked the lady for a fade on the sides and then to cut some off the top, I have a piece of my hair that was growing out where I have had it cut before and DIDNT want it cut, and wanted the top to even it, she said she understood, but she didn’t.She had no idea how to fade, literally left patches of hair on the back of my head, then when she started in on the top she was just chopping, then she goes right for the piece of hair I told her not to cut and cuts it, I got up before she was done and left, ended up going to another place and having to spend more money and also having To basically cut off all my hair to fix it and some places are still patchy. I literally cried.Moral of the story the lady should have admitted she didn’t know what I was talking about.I will say they did give a refund after talk to the manager, but the manager said next time (like I would be going back) but next time I need to ask someone else to fix before going somewhere else. Like what? I was running out of hair to fix and had lost all my faith in that place. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTrying to grow my hair out and 2 weeks ago went to get a trim and long layers. My layers are 2 inches away from my scalp in some places and looks so choppy. I’ve been wearing my hair in a ponytail since. Just stay away from this place. The woman ruined my hair and I’m about to have to cut it short again even tho I really don’t want to.Service: Haircut

While she was in the chair, I stepped outside to speak to my husband and they asked if she wanted it blow dried. She said yes. When I saw the stylist drying it I stepped over and said she doesn’t dry it, so we need to see it natural. It is curly and will look totally different. She basically ignored me telling me she needs to straighten it and for some reason how her granddaughters hair was burned by an old hairdryer. We go to check out and my total is almost 40 dollars. I said I booked the supercut 2. They said well she said to dry it, so we are charging you a la carte for the dry. The super cut 3 includes a dry for 25.95. So instead of charging me that as a compromise I get charged 10 more dollars. It is nothing but a money grab.
