Esmerelda turned my hair disaster into my dream hair!! I booked with her for haircolor (retouching bleached blonde) service and a trim. I was nervous at first because I went to a different “high end” salon (in Sugarland) and had such a bad experience, chemical burns, breakage, even swimmer ear, the whole 9 yards pretty much. Esmerelda made sure I had an AMAZING experience at this salon.

Took my 9yo for a haircut. The lady stopped cutting her hair as soon as I stepped away to take my other child to the rest room. Chatted with others, bought products. When I came out she said she was done with hardly any layering as we had discussed. Waste of money!

I had the worst experience I have ever had. Esmeralda doesn’t know how to cut hair or dry it. After drying mi hair, it was bulging, horrible. I had to get home to fix it myself. When I dried it at home I realized that there were parts of hair longer than others. I couldn’t believe how expensive she charged me for the mess she made me!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI took my nieces in to get hair cuts. My goodness we were barely greeted. The two hair stylist there seemed to be mad about everything and they were not shy to share their distaste. They rushed the cuts. I had to ask for the girls to get a shampoo. When I asked for the blow out I was told it would cost $65. No where in the history of blow outs have I ever heard it cost $65. If you didn’t want to do the blow out just say so. But don’t bold face lie. The message board clearly says $20. When I pointed that out the hair stylists tells me it’s based on the length of the hair. The child’s hair was a little over shoulder length. Needless to say we won’t be going back. For future clients, good luck.
