Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueMoved to this area about a year ago and have been to a couple different places. No stylist listed to what I wanted done and took the time to explain hair texture, styling methods, etc. the way Cathy has. I will continue using Supercuts as long as Cathy is available. Positive: ProfessionalismWell, I honestly have to say I Enjoyed my professional service by Cathy. I have been to other expensive places and never felt confident of the person who was cutting my hair or dying it but Cathy has the Touch! She is Wonderful but I do have to say Please whoever is above her take Good Care of people like her or you can truly loose the best employees and therefore make a bad impact on your business. I have a saying take Good care of Good employees and your employees will take good care of customers.. She took her time and was very patient she cut our hair and hooked my son up as well with an awesome haircut. Kathy always goes over and beyond on my fade cause she knows how I like it and never complains about the extra work. Thank you Kathy for the professionalism and dedication with your field. I went in and got my haircut from Kathy she was very professional and very outgoing. She took her time and was very patient she cut our hair and hooked my son up as well with an awesome haircut. Critical: ValueI went in this past Saturday at 3:30i wanted to dye and cut my hair. Jenni was the only one there she was in a rush I told her what I wanted she gives me the book of colors they had. I picked a color them she’s like. I not sure if it will take cause your hair is dark. We did it anyway then she’s like u don’t think I will be able to hair dry it cause I have a client waiting so she was going to just let me walk out like a wet dog. I feel if she didn’t have the time she should of told me and we could of made an appointment for Sunday or something instead of me paying $84.00 and the only thing that was done right was my haircut!! I called on Monday she’s like we don’t do corrections Humm well if you would of took your time and done it right the 1st time we wouldn’t have to get it corrected.
