Went in requesting a low maintenance shoulder length style for my curly haired daughter and instead got a straightened style that fell just below her ears. Once it’s curly again, it’s to her ears. There’s also a random clump of hair that is easily 4 inches longer than the rest. I paid and left but I will not return.
