I am elderly and requested a bob cut. My hair was uneven on my right side and it was very noticeable and I mentioned it and she said that’s how its supposed to be. My daughter picked me and noticed that my front and side was uneven and my back of hair . My daughter called and was treated rudely by staff when she requested they fix it and make another appointment as I depend on her to get me around and she has work. They refused to set up a appointment. My daughter ended up taking me to another salon in New Caney. Even that stylist couldn’t believe this was done to my hair. We ended up going way shorter in order to fix the bad hair cut from supercuts. I will never come to this place again. Hair by Susans is far better quality and she is very professional.

Made an appt for my 13 year old niece to get a back to school haircut after calling and being told it was $22 for a haircut for a 13 year old and making an appt for that at that time. I asked if it would be okay to go next door for a pedicure and my niece called me while I was there saying that the $40 I gave her was not enough to pay. It was $43 total? I went back and asked why the price changed and it was because “they also blow dried and styled”. My appt was made for a HAIR CUT for a minor. Don’t do more than the appt was made for on a 13 year old, especially without telling her it costs extra to do so. I had to argue my point and refuse to pay extra and they eventually agreed – with attitude. We won’t be back.

Straight up ghosted me stated 2 ahead of me at 6:30pm. I chose to wait outside my 3 year old does not like to wait around. Front desk said they had time for the haircut I needed. Went back lights off and no one to be found. A simple NO would have saved me alot of time wasted waiting around.

I asked for her to trim sons hair and she cut about 3-4inches off of it and acted like I told her to. Will never go back very unprofessional she was flirting with a man very loudly the whole wait time . Haircut

Angela is amazing! I tried to get my son to let me cut his hair and he just wouldn’t sit still. Angela is a sweetheart and he will only sit for her. All the stylists at this location are super sweet and take good care of their clients. My preference is Angela because I am comfortable with her but I’m sure the other stylists are just as awesome. I would definitely recommend getting your hair cut here. Oh and get the app. I did this and it saves me a little time by getting on the waiting list before I even arrive.

Made an appointment a week in advance only to find out at the appointment that they don’t do on scalp bleach applications. Nobody bothered mentioning this when I booked the appointment or called to confirm a few days before the appointment. I’ve had hair cuts here before and it was always a lovely experience but after this complete waste of my free time, of which I have very little of, I will never come here again.

I have had three negative experiences with this location. Today checked in at 1130 for a 1230 appointment. When I arrived at 1230 for my appointment the person behind the counter told me there was 6 people ahead of me and I would have to wait for them to have there hair cut before they would cut mine. Of course I let them know I had scheduled an appointment . She said it didn’t matter.

First time here came for color and highlight ashley is her name she was so friendly made me feel so welcome I will be using ashley from now on we just moved her from New Mexico I was at Walmart I asked the cashier If she knew a place I could getv my hair done she said no but two customers that were behind me recommend me to super cuts and gave me the name of ashley I love how she color my hair thank you! She was very professional
