I call to go back and get it fixed after I got home and looked it over better. “Sure come up and I will fix it” came and waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they can’t cut it till I speak with regional manager. Took my son here for the first time, and Kim did a wonderful job on him. She was very nice and sweet to him since he was a little difficult due to sensory processing and being in a new environment with someone new cutting his hair especially having his hair cut by the same lady for 3 years. We got there and no one else was waiting in line so we went checked in. Their system confirmed we will be next in line. The older hairdresser finished with her customer then grabbed the guy that just walked in. I asked them if the check in we did actually went thru just to make sure and one of the hairstylists said yes but the older hairstylist took in the wrong customer. The older hairstylist didn’t bother saying anything even though she heard everything. The other hairstylist apologized to us though she didn’t do anything wrong. Not going back to that location again. The same stylist gave my son a haircut before and my son was so confused of her behavior. She was talking out loud to herself. I didn’t know how to explain it to my young child.

First time walk in with two boys. Yvette was very kind and professional with 1st son and fixed her rude cowrk’s terrible job. As for that older woman lacked professionalism and started my small son without asking while I was answg Yvette on son #1. “K” started chopping top which is what I did not wanted. When I addressed to show pict she said his hair is diff and is not done. “K”As for comment you made to my son about me–they are grateful for me. I’m guessing it’s different for you ma’am you lack integrity and professionalism for just that.
