My husband went in at 2:30pm Sunday and waited until 4:40pm (they close at 5) while others were called to get a cut that arrived after he did. A family and three kids had made an appt which he understood. A father and son came in without an appt and she looked at him and informed him they were next. We own two businesses in DFW and we would never allow customer service like this. If this is a franchise we will be in touch with the corp Ofc regarding this incident. For those of you reading this review, check out the others too, there is a common thread here. He tried to leave this review under his own account but it kept disappearing.
