Worst haircut my husband has ever experienced. And when he expressed his dissatisfaction the hairstylist said “if you don’t like it there’s a sports clips down the road.” When he asked to speak with a manager she said no. When asked for corporate contact information she said “google it.” Pictures provided say it all. Awful haircuts and even worse customer service.

Meant to post a few days ago, went in with my son for a haircut. Lady who cut it was amazing BUT… whoever Maddy is (seemed like a manager?) blondish orange hair, came in REEKING of pot. Then proceeds to tell the stylist working she got hungry smoking in her car talking to “Marsha” so she’ll be back soon. I hope she isn’t cutting hair there! I’d hate for someone to be under the influence and mess a haircut up or use sharp objects near a child’s head!

Worst haircut experience of my life. The stylist very rudely treated me, she did all the work with machine and there was no consistency in my haircut. and didnt even care to properly blow dry hair or use a comb to show how the final look turned out. Instead she rudely finished the cut and said I will see you at front desk now. And when me and my wife were discussing how badly my cut was done she watched us angrily and started making odd faces. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Yesterday (Thursday Oct/27 ) I walked in (Supercuts) to get a haircut at Crossroads in Little Elm,Tex ,I asked the girl at the desk if they offered senior rates ,she said yes $21 ..I said ok. When the hairdresser finished cutting my hair,she didn’t follow up with a blow dry like I had been accustomed to over the years,she said that it was an additional charge,I made no mind I said ok (thinking a couple of bucks more) when I went up front to pay ,to my astonishment she charged me an additional $25 for the dry blow ! I was stunned ! The balance after the $3 tip I gave was $49 ! The most expensive haircut I got in my whole life of getting haircuts ! I honestly do not recommend anyone to get their hair done at SuperCuts ..They’re a ripoff !

before this experience I’ve never had a bad one. I got in the chair quick however the hairstylist seemed to be new which is okay life is about learning however, I told the hairstylist what I wanted I didn’t not get it at all but I sat in that chair for an hour and a half for her to cut my hair to its base layer. The other stylist in the salon has gone through 3 other people before I was done. Needless to say I wanted to be done with this hair cut that was an hour too long. I told my hairstylist I did not like a certain cut she did the bottoms was to blunt and I wanted a sort of fringe look at the bottom she seemed persistent on not really fixing it but she did add texture eventually which took another like 15 minutes. and it was visibly crooked as well, she asked me if it was good I said yes to get out of her chair and the salon. I did not want her messing up my hair anymore then she did. I would say if an experienced hairstylist is in the salon and notices shes taking a little too long for a basic haircut check up on her and the client.

Great vibe, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! I got my hair cut by the salon manager, she made sure I was happy with my cut and answered all my hair questions for a future booking. Will be returning soon for color!
