I went for a quick hair trim for my two year old. Once the stylist found out she was trimming my 2 year olds hair, she rolled her eyes in irritation at us and sighed. We left immediately! How disrespectful and disgusting! The stylist was a younger looking African American woman if the owner wants to know which employee is treating people with disrespect!

I got an excellent haircut from Amanda on 9/22/19 and I am very happy with it! Amanda and the other workers were friendly and the environment was positive and fun! Amanda took her time to make sure my hair was even and checked it after blow drying it to make sure it was right. I’ll be back! I was going to a different Supercuts for 6 years and was nervous about trying a new place and trusting a new stylist, but Amanda did not disappoint!

Great experience with L’Precious. She took wonderful care of me and my hair, removing many inches of damage. She was also very kind and personable. Went in today for first time. Veronica greeted me and did a great job. I asked if she could cut my hair dry. She did and took her time to get it even. She tapered it for a nicer look and had some great suggestions regarding color. I’ll definitely be back and ask for her.

Last time I came here I had a great experience. The last was sweet and did exactly what I wanted with my son’s hair. However. Second time around was not as great. Young girl with three inch nails who must have just finished beauty school. Could hardly hold the scissors and keep pushing my son’s head down so hard I was afraid he was going to get hurt. Also I had to micromanage what she was doing. She tried to say she was done three times and I had to say no. I would go back, but definitely not allow her to cut how hair again

First (and last) time I went to here for a hair cut. I came in Saturday 2/24 around 4pm. There were two lady’s here at that time but the Lady who cut my hair was lazy first of all. and when she started cut my hair she stabbed me twice with the corner of the clippers. when I said something she acted like I was inconveniencing her to even say something. when I told her how I wanted to have my hair cut, she argued with me. She wanted to do it a different way. I asked my girlfriend to explain her how simple I like my hair and she still argued. Even after she finished my hair was cut the way she wanted and not the way I asked. When my gf pointed out all the long hairs she had missed she said it would look better after I washed it. But she didn’t offer to shampoo my hair there. I will never come back here. If I wanted this hair cut I could have done it my self. and then she made sure I knew it was good to tip her even if I didn’t like it… I’ve been to a lot of different Super Cuts and some experiences have been better than others, but for the price, I usually come back. Never will I go to this location in Alliance ever again. This is what you get for $18.00.

The stylists were talking to each other the whole time about other coworkers, there was no attention to split ends, and when I got home, my mom pointed out that my blunt cut wasn’t straight.
