While I Didn’t have an appointment.. The amazing lady who cut my hair was Shay! I would definitely ask for her if you’re gonna go here. I have hair cutting phobia lol. I hate getting my haircut because it’s hard to find someone to cut curly hair right. BUT SHAY DOES IT RIGHT! Not only did she thin my hair at the ends. she also added curtain bangs and worked with me until we got it the perfect length that frames my face. I asked for a box and a drop fade… The dude immediately pulled out a TOOL to work with curly hair… Put a big gash in my hair so i had to get it “fixed” by someone else. The guy has no clue what he is doing. I made complaints and they responded this isn’t a barber shop it’s a salon. They pop up under barber shop and their name is SUPER CUTS and they give cuts. If you are a salon and not a barber than don’t do the work of a barber and mess people’s hair up. My hair came out matted and uneven… If a barber ever pulls out a tool for your hair and your hair os curly get up. Always free hand curly hair. Do not go here.

I went in with a picture wanting curtain fringe bangs and when I say she NAILED it I mean this woman was SO on point it was amazing ❤ been to a few other stylist but she referenced my picture perfectly and even showed me how to recreate the look with texturing wax and a blow dryer. She had the most uplifting/supportive energy.
