Laiora Walker was my stylist and she was sweet, funny and an expert. She asked me exactly what I wanted, consulted with her colleagues to make sure they were able to highlight it to my desired level of lightness and cut my hair into the exact cut I imagined. It was okay but haircut was underwhelming. I usually use chain places but never been to Supercuts so I tried it. My hair was growing out from being totally shaved. I needed it evened out so it didn’t look like a mess. I’m not sure my stylist had a good grasp on my request. The back is a bit uneven too. I paid almost $30. At least my hair is tidy now!! If I return I’ll try a different stylist.

Got there 40 minutes before closing. Was told without a reservation y’all are booked the rest of the night?? How many more can y’all have 40 minutes until closing?? And this was after she looked at her watch. I’m sure they just didn’t want to do it. A simple haircut doesn’t need a reservation.

I took my 6 year old son to get a hair cut. This was the 2nd time taking him there. The first appointment was perfect! Now this last one was not. This lady that cut his hair botched it. I’m a non confrontational person so when it came to pay I did. My biggest regret was not letting her know how I felt but my god anyone with eyes could see how uneven and botch his hair looked. I’m so disappointed I won’t be coming here anymore.
