Laura (hope I spelled it correctly) was the only one there at the time, and she had an upcoming appointment that would be showing up soon, but she said she would fit us in before that appointment arrived.Within 15 minutes, she had given my son a perfect haircut, let him choose a lollipop, and checked us out. Without making us feel like we had inconvenienced her. She was super sweet.We normally try to go to places like “Pigtails and Crewcuts” for my son since they specialize in working with kids, but it has never felt the way it should the past few times we went somewhere like that (feeling of just being an appointment, rushed in, not friendly like they should probably be since they DO work with young children, never one close, so it’s a long drive). This salon is incredible! On my first visit, Alondra colored & cut my hair. I’ve always went to expensive salons, but I was in a jam, so I decided to try it. I was beyond surprised & so happy at how absolutely perfect my hair turned out!! Today, I saw Laura for my color & cut & had the same phenomenal experience! My hair turned out beautiful…they are definitely miracle workers!

We had originally gone to a different salon in Keller and they buzzed my sons head instead of just trimming it. My son was heartbroken so we Immediately headed over here and omg they performed a miracle and completely fixed his hair!!!!! It looks so good!! They not only improved his hair but they gave him a confidence boost!! Highly recommend and we will never go anywhere else ever again!!

I hate leaving reviews, and even more, bad ones. I Will not be going back here. Worst fade I’ve ever received. Gal was nice but shouldn’t be cutting hair if she can’t cut a zero fade and 3 on top. I was polite and paid $25 but note I had to stop her after the third time making of corrections. This was towards closing time and another gentleman walked back in after the same gal cut him, I already sat down. She had to make corrections to his hair after he had walked out. Not pleased at all

I booked an appointment online for an appointment TODAY at 4:30pm. I walked in before 4:30 and was told they are not taking any more appointments for today. I told the ladies I made an appointment and they couldn’t care less and told me they are not taking any more people today. I literally have long, straight hair that takes about maybe 5-10 minutes to cut. RIDICULOUS! One lady wouldn’t even turn around and look at me. Why book an online appointment if they still won’t take you even though I live 15 minutes away and drove here just to get my hair trimmed?? I WILL NOT BE BACK HERE!! Do not use this Supercuts!

I wish I would have gotten the stylist name but I didn’t. I came in on Memorial Day and was excited they were open. I wanted a medium length pixie type haircut and showed her the picture. My hair was shoulder length. It was way shorter on the top and sides than I wanted. Then I looked and she screwed up one side. It is really short, nothing like the picture I showed. Plus she didn’t wash my hair. I’ve never been to a salon that didn’t wash your hair. Sadly I left a $10 tip for messed up cut. Live and learn. This is what you get for $20.

This manager here Elaine is evil and 2 faced , while I was an employee she was all happy in my face, now that I’m not she is dragging my name in the mud like she knows me and we only worked together 3 days. The owners will never act on anything and act afraid to handle employees accordingly. I’m no longer an employee so I can tell the truth just like any other person I’m non affiliated with these ppl in any way . I had nothing bad to say until this woman put my name in her mouth , that just shows why kind of a woman she is and what kind of salon it is.
