I asked for a shaggy choppy lob told the stylist (Taylor) to have fun with it and it came out to my jawline. I ended up with a totally different haircut that I’m not happy with at all! Mrs.Shawn the store manager did her best to try and fix make it look a little better but it’s not what I wanted it’s way shorter than I wanted! I probably won’t return and if I do I will not let her back in my head.
