I finally grew my hair out long but my layers were so damaged I had to get a trim, I was so scared to just go anywhere for a trim when some places will cut way more hair than asked. I had Shirley cut my hair and she did so good!!! She kept the length and trimmed the layers just like I asked, now my hair is healthier and still long. I will definitely be going back to Shirley from now on!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!……Come here all the time, today I tried to give you business (especially in this economy) but your stylists (2 working) 1 customer waiting, turned my walk in business away stating “only appointments and they are fully booked” OK then post that somewhere on the door, website etc. so customers are not walking in only to be turned away (another family with kids were also turned away) will make it a point to drive further to give another establishment my business….POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

i used to come here all the time for deion, she was the only person i trusted with my hair. i gave the benefit of the doubt to the rest of the stylists and went in for a TRIM. Upon straightening it this morning, i realized how choppy it is, and how short she cut my layers and have been actually sobbing since. i told the stylist i wanted the least amount trimmed as possible as i am trying to grow my hair out, but it seems like she just did what she wanted. the layers are EXTREMELY short and unblended. she also talked my ear off about how covid is fake? which was extremely offensive considering my family members have been effected my covid, and being in the medical field i’ve seen many patients die from covid.

Appointments are meaningless. They overbook. It has never helped me get in a chair any faster. Just find out when they’re less busy. They will tell you when you come in they’ll “be right with you” and then you will hang out for an hour while they pick others who also just happened to have appointments despite them walking in after you. If you see anyone else in a chair, just go somewhere else. There’s plenty of options nearby.
