Not only did we leave happy customers, but my 9 year old walked away feeling like she was in charge. Interesting how they consistently fail to meet the expectation and does mediocre job. Last visit, this lady who did my haircut tells me I need to know how much hair to cut at every part of my head. And she gets angry for asking something and cut my hair much shorter than asked for. Lady, if I know how much to cut, I’ll do it myself, why would I pay you? I can only tell you the look I want. You are the professional. And projecting your emotions on the customer? That’s unprofessional.

I’ve been going to this place for years but not anymore. Today was the second time I have made an appointment a good half hour in advance through their app, then get to the salon on time and watch people sign in right in front of me and get called back first. The first time I gave them another chance, they apologized. This is the second time they have not valued my time or me as a customer. Will not be going back.

Waited 30 min for a haircut only to find out they do not trim extensions. I really wish I would have known this before wasting my time.

Absolutely horrendous. I asked for layers, a 4 in the back, and to only cut an inch off my bangs barely above my eyebrows. After the haircut, my neckline was crooked and was cut about an inch and a half above my natural neckline. Second, my bangs ended up way shorter than I wanted. She did not understand me when I said I didn’t part my hair at all, and when she would not take “I don’t part it” for an answer, I just gave up and said I parted it. This is probably part of the reason I didn’t get what I wanted, but my point is; they don’t listen to what you want. I would not recommend this place if you want to get your hair cut.

Just got a trim from the girl at the last chair, on the right as you come in the door. I have hair that is a bit long. I only wanted a trim, so I thought anyone working as a cutter could manage that. My cutter paid attention to everything else going on in the business, accept for cutting my hair. When she finished the sides were uneven and very crooked on one side. I at least have enough hair, and my wife was able to repair until I get my hair cut again. I don’t think expecting someone working as a cutter to cut in straight lines is asking to much. I have had decent cuts at this business before, but this one will be sending me to another business.
