I had my hair cut at this supercuts earlier this week I have long hair thick hair. I get the back partially shaved every summer to be cooler. The person who cut my hair didn’t really pay attention to what I wanted and I felt she was rushing what she was doing and being careless. When I got home I relized she never showed me the back and now I know why I took a picture to see what the back looked like and I was shocked it looks awful. The back isn’t even straight on the shaved part and she shaved way higher then i asked. I now have put it up in a certain way to hide how bad it is. There is no fixing it I now have to wait for my hair to grow back which will take months and go somewhere else to try and fix it. I would not recommend Anyone to go here.

Finished work early. Schefuled appointment online. Went to facility, the stylist was finishing wuth a customer, and told me she would be right with me as soon as she was done. She was. She listened to what I had to say about what I needed done. She made great small talk while she cut my hair it looks great!

Critical: QualityI took my two teenage boys and elementary age girl to this location. It is clean, staff is friendly.That is where the quality ends. I had pictures of my kids choice of haircuts and especially the boys had grown their hair out to begin being able to style their hair from previous short cuts to medium length. I gave clear instructions.Sat down with my youngest to wait. Both boys hair came out with basically flat tops. I am so angry! My 15 and 14 yrs old are so frustrated, my 14 yr old suffers from self esteem issues and this definitely is not helping.
