I wanted a radical change of image and I decided to go get a long Bob cut and a few years ago I did it at an Irving Supercuts and I loved it. I went here and I was very sad, all the long hair I had was cut in vain… because she wanted it long in the front and short in the back and I showed her the photo of the cut she wanted, she said if she could cut it like that and she gave me the ugliest cut I’ve ever had in my life it seems that I was discriminated against and I cut it worse than someone else that I had never been to learn, I didn’t even dry it, it seemed that I cut an animal’s hair, it left it uneven and I had long hair, I wanted to cry there.

I called in advance to see if anyone there could cut curly hair. I was told that everyone was qualified to cut curls. I asked for an inch off. Three inches later, my hair was finished. The lady that cut my hair was super nice. She doesn’t understand textured hair. The good thing is that my hair will grow back long again.

The two ladies I got to talk to when I went to get my hair cut were phenomenal. Super friendly, genuine, down to earth people. Their names were Kirby and Danielle. You could tell that they both really enjoyed talking with people and there was never a dull moment with them. Had a great experience overall!

Me and my son went to get a haircut with Kirby, it was my son’s first time getting a haircut and he was very excited about. I looked up places that had good reviews online and found supercuts was a good place to go and I read all the comments online and they spoke highly of Kirby, so I made an appointment with her, but when we got there, there was no hello how are you doing or anything she looked like she didn’t want to be there. I mentioned it was my son’s first haircut and that he was excited, I got no response from her. I was very disappointed with her attitude. She got very good reviews online that is why I wanted to go with her but after they she was I won’t be going back!
