Don’t usually complain but others encouraged me to after seeing my hair… Went in for a simple cut. Stylist asked me no questions whatsoever, sprayed my hair with water put some up in a clip and cut straight across the back of my hair a few times. Never checked if it was straight or did anything to the texture, layer or finish the ends and I guess was done in less than 10 minutes. I left as quickly as I could and got home to the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Completely uneven with long strands left. I didn’t even get his name. I don’t expect much from these places but this was beyond terrible. The place was completely empty and now I know why!

Nice place. Tina cut my hair, a chore as I hadn’t cut it in ten years. Asked for a cut that was like Charlie Dagetts hair. She did a nice job. Took her time (I’d made an appointment) and did a good job in it. As my hair is curly I wanted it longer in the back which she failed to do but all in all a good job. My only complaint was they wanted cash. This is Shortcuts, right? Oh well. Of day I suppose. Still a good place. Even got my senior discount. I’ll go back if I can get Tina.

I am so livid at this location i will never come here again…2 people who cut hair 1 manager who left and a receptionist..will be calling corporate on this location…refused to cut my hair because i did not want the one lady who could not understand the type of cut i wanted..while the other beautician was handling personal business on the phone and clearly stated i was not a priority…3 people in the alley with the back door wide open ..front unattended…clearly not helping me…so i waited on the other girl to finish her personal multiple phone calls..so i started videoing the whole thing because of the attitudes or rude comments and accusations whe thing was recorded…bottom line they told me that i offended the other girl to leave before they call the police….really ? I offended the beautician who clearly didn’t understand the type of haircut i needed…so i am supposed to take a fxxxxd up haircut because she thinks i should. Oh yes i was in the other salon about 5 doors down and yes they had 2 police cars looking for me…i want you to know i am a handicapped person who uses a cane..wth. Corporate you need to see the footage…and the front register unattended for about 5 to 10 min i have videos

I had reviewed the wrong Supercuts location, after attending the Supercuts on Belt Line road and having my husbands hair messed up we attended the Supercuts located in MacArthur Boulevard. We had an amazing experience with Elizabeth, she made sure we got what we wanted and we came out of there feeling so relieved because we found the perfect place to go back to.
