Just wanted to let everyone Know that this place doesn’t keep trained people to do the haircut. The lady doesn’t even know how to do the haircut. The fellow hairdresser told her how to cut in front of everyone. She said super cuts will charge 30 dollars to de-tangle the hair, so the customer has to detangle the hair by themselves. They do tell the customer that they charge extra 30 dollars to de-tangle, but they don’t even bother to tell that they will be charging extra 10 dollars for handling thick hair, Which I came to know when she provided the receipt after I asked to print the receipt. This place is tricking people unnecessary. So, beware.

They were very disrespectful of my time. I will never go back. I had an appointment. I checked-in early. I was called up a few minutes past my appointment time by the hair stylist. I got bumped when someone without an appointment said they were there first but didn’t bother to tell anyone he was a walk-in. What is the point of making an appointment?
