Very friendly place that I’ve been going to for years now and have never had one issue or problem with anyone that works here. They are all friendly and define what customer service truly is. I could go to other places like sports clips or knockouts but would not and have not. They have great products here and the prices are cheaper than going to your local grocery store. They remember me and my son by name and they remember the way I want my haircut and they are polite to my 7 year old son. Another fun fact, coming here is soothing because I can talk to them about anything and jokingly call them my therapists as well. I don’t want to nor will I ever go to another place as long as this is open and that includes my son too. I’m not sure about some of these negative reviews below but as someone who has come here for over 7 years I can attest that they don’t play around and they will work until you are satisfied. I get alerts on my phone via text when they have special deals. I recommend this place with a 5 star rating!!! Thank you to all the great employees who work here.

The stylist listened to what I wanted done and added her own professional input which resulted in a great cut for my needs. She explained what she was doing every step of the way, which I really appreciated! I wish I caught her name but it started with a T and she was expecting, which became a great convo for us as I am a new mom.

I had a great experience here. Called in at 7:15 on a weeknight and was able to get in before close. Angela gave a great cut and was attentive to what I wanted. I also learned that the store manager Brenda won Manager of the Year in a national running! She has to be doing something right to get that kind of recognition. I’d suggest you give them a try.

Absolutely terrible service. Booked online for 3PM, arrived at 2:55PM, no single person at the reception, nobody says hello, complete silence. I was waiting for anybody to talk to me for 16 more minutes and once other people were seated I realized that it’s a live queue and my reservation isn’t worth anything. Never come back to people who don’t respect neither you nor your time. It’s not the cheapest place to have a haircut so appropriate level of service is expected.
