Update: The owner called me today and explained that 1) The employee who I thought was being scolded was stealing money from the store 2) another employee who had cut my hair few times before had an arrest warrant on her. He apologized for the delays and bad experience and offered to compensate in some way. I appreciate the call back and wish him the best. Changing rating from 2 to 3 due to the follow up.

Took my niece here to get a straight cut. Her hair was long and we just wanted to go shorter. No layers. Just straight cut. The hair dresser hesitated at first and then took her to the sink and only wet part of her hair. Then combed it down and just cut strait as if cutting a paper. It was clearly uneven. Another hairdresser completed the cut and it seemed as if she did not have much experience or maybe just hesitant to finish a cut someone else had started. I do have to say that the second hair dresser handled the situation with grace and that is appreciated.
