I went in to get my very long hair (almost to my tailbone) trimmed. I told Sue how much I wanted off and Sue proceeded to cut off many inches. I told her that was not what I wanted and that she cut a lot more than I asked for and she replied “but it looks more full now and much better”. She didn’t even try to give me a style with the newly short hair she cut. She literally cut it across and fluffed it then took her scissors like she’s Edward Scissorhands and randomly cut pieces. It has been over one year since we last went to this location. My wife enjoys having short hair. During the last visit, one of the stylists made several disparaging comments about how short my wife’s hair was. We feel it was not professional and very rude. We decided never to return.

Worst haircut of my life! I went in for a business cut because I had an important meeting the next day. I left looking more like a circus freak. The lady cutting my hair actually gave up and asked her co-worker to try and fix it. But he made it even worse by shaving part of my head without even asking me for permission. They finished me off by putting so much product in my hair that I couldn’t tell just how bad it was, and I reluctantly paid.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDonna the manager did an amazing job with my wife’s hair. However, the lady who cut and styled my daughter’s hair refused to listen to anything she said. My daughter asked for a certain style cut and the lady told her it was too short for her type of hair and refused to cut it that short. It is very obvious. One son also has long hair around his ears. My oldest sons hair just looks odd. I am not sure what to do at this point. Had my cut with Dora today. She did a good job. My only concern was lack of masks for employees and customers. I want them to be safe so they can continue to serve the community. This county has a low vaccination rate and could put them at risk if not vaccinated. Dora was friendly and listened. Su was a bit direct when I first arrived but her customers did seem to enjoy their conversations with her too. Their computer seemed to be glitchy. Might need a replacement soon.
