I never have had a problem with this place. I have came here to get the same thing done for about three years now. Up until now, I have an issue here. My mother called a few days ago asking if they can wash, blow dry and flat iron my hair for the first day of school. They told me I can come in early and they will do it. I did so, and they denied me service claiming their super busy. When they weren’t. There were only two people in front of me. Who were two guys just waiting for a haircut. And nobody else was walking in or anything. I called again today asking if they can do it, and they said no we’re busy. When they aren’t. There’s not even a line right now for people to get their hair done. It’s absolutely ridiculous. And I feel like they just clearly do not want to do my hair at all. Because all of these excuses are ridiculous, and they don’t make any sense whatsoever.

Critical: QualityStay AWAY!I came in yesterday to get a haircut with my husband. I am 2 weeks post op from a hysterectomy, and I wanted to get a fresh cut and feel good. I showed the stylist a photo of an angled medium Bob, and she cut my hair into a reverse angled short Bob. The back was choppy and longer than the front. She continued to cut it to try and fix it, but it got worse. I had to tell her to stop so I could get up and leave. I had to go to another salon and pay $60 for another stylist to fix my hair properly. I wasn’t even offered a refund for my service. My hair will grow back, but right now it’s gone. Supercuts- you are offering a service with what is supposed to be trained, skilled, and educated stylists. What is going on!?! I never leave negative reviews, but something has to change here.
