Never again! Please don’t go here. I went in for a 3 inch trim and blended layers. What I got was a chop job. Shannon rushed thru it, didn’t bother to show me the back, and just kept cutting and cutting. She should not be cutting hair or go back to school. It literally looks like a butcher cut my hair. Please don’t go there if you take any pride in your hair!!

My hair was past my collar bones and now there are random 3 inch chunks with my hair sticking out looking like a crazy person. After getting a botched haircut from another stylist, I drove here from Kansas to get it fixed. It was New Years Eve and while they were busy, they were kind and took time to make sure I and the other customers got exactly the haircut we wanted. Waited over 2 hours. Then she said she couldn’t cut my son hair because if was gonna be crying and screaming, then she said she was gonna try, half way thur it she like I can’t do it! And she kept pushing his hands down, didn’t have any Patient! And didn’t finish cutting his hair cut!!! Only one worker working , there was 6 people ahead of me!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They need to cut more little kids hair, and know how to work with them better!! Won’t go back there again!!!

I’ve gone to Supercuts for years in various different places in the US, and this is the first time I’ve ever had such a terrible haircut. My hair is extremely thick and can only be cut when wet, so I always get a shampoo and cut. The stylist did wash it, but barely put any effort in the towel dry. I needed was a trim that would fix my layers and my bangs cut. On average, this would take 30-45 minutes with all my other stylists, but this particular stylist chopped into my hair like she was trimming a hedge. The result is now uneven and chunky. She didn’t even offer the blow dry for an extra five dollars. Just sent me out the door with dripping hair I had to ring out in the parking lot. If you have long and thick hair, you may want to try somewhere else.
