They cut my 5 year old son’s hair and it looks horrible. It’s uneven and looks like a toddler took a weed Wacker to it. I had to cut long pieces they missed when I got home. It looks like he didn’t even get a hair cut. It’s so bad. I will not be bringing any of my kids nor myself back. They were nice but are not good at cutting hair and my son’s hair was a super easy cut.

Wow, I went supercuts and got butchered! I needed a haircut, and there’s not much choice in Muskogee. The girl kinda had an attitude, but when I asked nicely I needed a haircut, after she also butchered my name, I tried to get a conversation out of her to see what kind of a person was cutting it. Then she asked if I wanted it still over the ear, “like it was but shorter”, and I said yes. Still “over the ear”. and the she cut it above my ear and I ask?? Why. She said over the ear, meant above me ears??? Crazy. Well, I won’t be back, for a long time. That’s her fault. I won’t need to. And then she had he attitude to look at me like I owed her a tip. Really? I gave a dollar and left. I’ll find somewhere else.

I was charged over $25 for a haircut I brought in a photo of what I wanted my hair to look like I wanted it stacked in the back should be a quick cut seeing as how my hair was shoulder length anyway however the haircut that I chose is a pretty detailed cut for someone who’s inexperienced. I understand that that cut can prove difficult for an experienced stylists. What I learned was they are not experienced. I came out with a very boxy haircut not the so-called Karen haircut that I went in for lol. I was not satisfied and it ended up costing me over $75 to have my haircut because I had to have it recut the very next day it was so bad that I did not want to go back to work with my hair looking like that. It was not presentable in a business like atmosphere. Save yourself the trouble and your money

The staff was super friendly. The price was higher then I am used to paying. I went there cause my normal hair place was too busy. The one who cut my hair was amazingly nice and very quick. But when I got home I realized my hair was super uneven with a lot of long pieces. I wear my hair back but I like my hair to be short enough in the front that if my hair falls forward it isn’t going to poke me in the eye. I don’t know if I’ll be returning..

I brought my son in there to get a haircut for his very first school picture. He was scared of the clippers. Instead of the cut I asked for they just buzzed it all off because he was scared of the clippers sound and started screaming. They should have just left his hair alone instead of just buzzing it all off. A haircut I could have done at home if I had wanted that style. I was so angry I couldn’t go back in. I will never go back there again. They need to let people know that they can’t handle their kids before they start a haircut. So sad

This is the worst haircut I have ever gotten. It was by the older women. I didn’t bother getting her name (I have sunce learned her name is Susan) I wanted out of the shop as fast as possible. I went in wanting a trim on the top, and cut the back length(it grows faster then the top), and to reshape the sides. I told her no more than 1/2 an inch off the top, and a couple inches off the back. She started off by cutting the sides, and botched that, there is gaps in the cut where it is uneven, one side is shorter than the other, since I have longer hair on top, and she didn’t section it, she shaved some of the long hair and now it is uneven. She then proceed to cut 3/4 inches off the top, no biggie, not that big of a difference, she then went to the back, I’m guessing she cut way to much because she came back to the top and cut a whole inch off, and I explicitly said “The top is perfect, the back is the only thing left.” She cut the back of my hair unevenly, and then decided to come back and cut another 1/2 inch off the top. I went in with about 5 inches of hair and this women cut more than half of it off. She is by far the worst hairdresser I have ever had, and I will never be returning. Which is disappointing, as I have been going to them for the last 3 years now. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I could give it zero I would, but a 1 will have to suffice.

We tried to get a hair cut for my mom there and felt like the stylist didn’t really want to cut her hair. There were two people in the chair and two ahead of us, which was fine. While waiting, 2 people came in, who had apparently came in much earlier in the day but left. Instead of adding them to the waiting list, they were put in front of those currently waiting. The stylist told us it was going to be a much longer wait since they had came in earlier. She was a bit short and actually rude. Those customers that left and returned should have had to sign in again and wait like the rest of us there. Will never be back.
