I am mixed on this place. The stylist are always nice. However there is never the same ones when I go. The price keeps going up and I usually feel like I am in an assembly line while getting hair cut. I usually just decide quickly to get hair cut on a moments notice. However I am leaning towards finding an established stylist since the pricing is up so high now.

Worst experience ever! I called at 830 am to schedule an appointment with a certain stylist, the manager Jamie took the call, when i arrived at my appointment the stylist i had requested was with someone else, because the “manager” forgot to put in that i had requested a certain stylist which was the whole purpose of calling! She then was rather rude to me she totally lacks professionalism and basic customer service i ended up paying $60 to look like i just jumped out of a swimming pool they didn’t even dry my hair all the way!

It was great when Jordan was there but when I went back and found out she didn’t work there anymore I was sad. I stayed and let someone else do my hair and it was uneven and the lady cut it shorter than I wanted. I will never go back and I wish I knew where Jordan went. I see the owners response to all the good reviews but never says anything about the bad ones!!!
