Absolutely insane. I took my boys to get a haircut here today. NEVER again! The lady did great on my younger sons hair but then my teenager got in the chair. She got half way through his haircut, completely stopped, and decided that was a good time to go get on her phone out the back door. My son sat in the chair for almost 10 min before she decided to come back and finish. We had no idea what was going on. Zero apology and was completely ignored when I asked where the stylist went after almost 10 min of him sitting there.

Absolutely butchered my hair. Asked for a 1 on the lower part and fade it up obviously going with a bigger guard as you fade it. Been here twice now since moving to this area. To be honest, I went here cause it is close to home. I’ve had two different stylists cut my hair and both did great. Definitely will come back. I highly recommend doing the online check in as it will save you time. Clean store and plenty of seating while you wait. Friendly staff and smiling faces. Will continue to go here for the foreseeable future.

This particular day that I came in I was waiting my turn in the que to get my hair cut and as one of the stylist was cleaning her station, not only did she put the hair dryer that she used on peoples heads on the ground, but combs fell on the ground and were not put in cleanser.After Witnessing the unhygienic practices these stylists perform, A customer that had came in 15-20 minutes after I arrived was called & taken into a seat before I was. First visit to Supercuts and I’m very pleased with the results. I really just needed a basic, old guy haircut and Muona did a great job. I did a walkin and was taken care of right away. Very friendly stylist too.
