I have twice gotten a haircut by Katie (I think that’s her name anyway.) The first time she cut my hair she told me that she had been out all night drinking with her friend to celebrate her birthday. She rambled about various topics and had to keep asking me what I wanted done. Today she told me that she hadn’t slept last night because she was being yelled at all night long. I am growing out my hair and told her I only wanted her to take off the bare minimum and to mainly focus on the ends in the back and my sideburns. She cut about an inch all over. I cannot see without my glasses on, so I didn’t realize that she had cut as much as she had until it was too late. At least this time I had colored my hair at home so she didn’t offer me a senior discount. (I am about 15 years too young for a senior discount.) I am done with that place. Guess the hunt for a new stylist is on.

Liked hair stylist for myself but my family members didn’t like what they did to their hair. There is a ongoing turn over of staff. You get the stylists card and then they no longer work there. Very frustrating. I miss the days where you would get a good wash and style with your cut. The cost is high just for a spray and clip.

We were a little nervous walking in there because the stylist was an older man and, well, this is Oklahoma so we’re used to being treated a certain way, but he was so incredibly kind and professional. (I can’t remember his name but I think he’s the only male stylist there) He used the proper pronouns, was friendly and courteous the entire time, and gave him the best haircut I think I’ve ever seen him with, and it was super cheap! Wendy , the store manager, did my hair. She was so friendly and extreme helpful when it came to what is should do. Wendy, washed the cut my hair when I told her I was attending a wedding later that day she beautifully styled it for me. My bill was 30 something and gave her a $20 tip. I will back. It wasn’t what I expected to get from Supercuts. Exceeded my expectations in every way!
