Stopped in for the first time last month after a horrible cut and fade by another shop. Alyssa was able to save my life by correcting the horrible work the other stylist did. So needing a haircut today, I knew exactly where to go first. I was lucky that Alyssa was working again today! She absolutely killed it! Couldn’t be more happy with her work. She’s definitely a valuable asset to this shop. She was solo this am and treated every single customer and phone call with a smile and thank you. You don’t see that often these days.

First I’d like to say both girls working were friendly and nice and this is what the 2 stars are for. Unfortunately, the girl who did my hair did not pay attention. I have long hair and needed a cut. I brought two pictures of two choices I was looking at. I decided on one with layers and she ended up giving me the other picture I showed her, even after asking her twice if she could do the cut and she said she should be able to. My hair was also cut uneven as well. I have left with much shorter hair, but also a cut not asked for, as well as cut unevenly. I hate to say but although she was friendly and nice, I will not be going back. It takes a very long time for hair to grow so long. Please pay better attention to what your customer is asking for. Double check to make sure it is the cut they want before it’s too late for the customer.

Great experience today, staff wore masks and shop was clean and neat. Shelves were full of hair product for both men and women. I was welcomed with 30 seconds of arriving and only had to wait 5 minutes. Morgan Sadler cut my hair and did a very good job. She listened and followed direction for how I wanted it cut and made sure I was happy during the cut. The check out was smooth and quick – they offered senior discount and pointed out several other special services. I can recommend this shop and be sure and ask for Morgan, not only does she give a good hair cut, She is pleasant and a good conversationalist.

I went and got a haircut by Maddie! She is awesome & gave me just what I asked for! When I asked her for a trim she didn’t cut off an extra 6 inches, and I really appreciate her listening & respecting what I asked for! she is awesome and I can’t wait to come and get my hair cut by her again!
