Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Lynn. She was very professional, kind and friendly and introduced me to a haircut and Style that I absolutely love. I also purchased product. They offered me a 20% discount on my product and a Senior citizen discount for my haircut. I highly recommend you try her services. I don’t give out 5 stars unless the staff exceeds my expectations. Several staff members helped me complete my transaction.

Can I just say that Lynn was phenomenal! She took care of what I wanted, with that being said the manager was not so professional at all! When you go anywhere to have a service done it should be done with care and quality which Lynn did, the manager came over while Lynn was doing a wax on me telling her that she is taking too long right in front of me and another stylist who had a client at the shampoo bowl! This is not professional especially by a manager who should always make clients feel welcome and after she rode Lynn not once but twice I didn’t feel so welcomed anymore. Lynn! You did a fantastic job my hair looks amazing!!!

I went here yesterday and sat in Lynn’s chair to get a pixie cut. I was EXTREMELY nervous for the simple fact I haven’t had my hair short in so long but she definitely made it worth it. I absolutely LOVE it. She was so sweet and friendly. If you go here definitely try to get in Lynn’s chair!

I asked for a pixie that was longer in the front. She cut it as an almost shoulder length bob. When she tried to correct it I felt like crying. All uneven, had not even touched the front of my hair, bangs all uneven not blended no layers at all. Called another over to try and fix it. Fix what? I did not ask for a bob so whatever you do is not going to help. Just let me out of this chair. Asked if I really wanted a pixie, they would do it cause that’s what I was paying for. I have no confidence at all that you could cut a pixie when you can’t even do a bob correctly.

If I could give this place no stars I would have. Very rude Tamara was the waxer she did awful job I was almost in tears when I left. I paid $24 she left one of my eye brows bushy and the other she took scissors an cut straight across the top. I went across the street to AI nails and those ladies seen my fabulous they took their time and fixed my eyebrow and then they had to redo my lip and my chin again because Tamara didn’t even wax those correctly either. Tamara was very argumentive saying to me that my eyebrows are suppose to be sister’s not twins my husband said they don’t even look like sisters they look like distant cousin’s. So please don’t waste your money on this place I’m turning her in to cooperate also because I have her 3 different chance to fix and she kept doing worst and worse.

Been there before went there today and the lady cut my hair almost off I said I wanted a trim just the stragglers and she shaved my hair almost off in back I wanted to cry I did not asked for that she took it upon herself to cut my hair off I asked for a trim. I will not ever come back there again I want to get me a lawyer and sue that place and and I am considering that I had to go get a wig because she shaved my hair in back I look like I have a man’s cut so disappointed

Didn’t even get past the front desk women because of her bad attitude. They had the sign in list at the front with three names on it, so I asked if she had an estimate about how long it would take which was apparently completely unreasonable to her. She rudely stated that she could only tell me that there’s three people ahead and she had no idea.
