I stopped using Supercuts 23 yrs ago after a few bad experiences with the one in Enid, OK. We stopped at this one today because they usually take walk-ins and we were tired of searching for ones that usually take walk-ins but are now only accepting appointments. Well it turned out that Supercuts here was by appointment only too right now, but Sharon was able to fit us in thank goodness!!

Honestly super disappointed. Stylists were very unwelcoming when we walked in. My son wanted an undercut, and I gave clear instructions on how high and low to go. Very uneven on both sides. Walked in at 4:30, store didn’t close till 6, but felt like when people walked in, it was an inconvenience to the stylists.

Been twice and the ladies have done a great job both times. Dropping a star because the building really needs to be updated and the repairs completed. I can imagine that it would be frustrating working there all day. Also no digital or mobile check in process is a little behind the times for Supercuts.

My daughter came in for a trim and her hair was at the middle of her back and her hair was cut to her shoulders and then put layers in it after being told no and cut it even shorter! If you don’t know how to give a trim then you should not be cutting hair!
