Positive: Qualityi went in a couple days ago for a trim and got misty pearson. i loved her, she was so nice and made me feel comfortable while getting my haircut. i asked for too much cut off so i’m not super happy with my hair but not her fault! i will definitely be going back to her when my hair grows back!Service: Haircut

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been in here three times to get my son’s hair cut. The first time, went fine but we were never able to get the same lady. The second and third times I was talked down to by two separate women. They are all yes sir, no sir to white men, but as a clearly Hispanic men all I get is aggression with what should be an easy in and out. Brown people beware. I’ve been in here three times to get my son’s hair cut. The first time, went fine but we were never able to get the same lady. The second and third times I was talked down to by two separate women. They are all yes sir, no sir to white men, but as a clearly Hispanic men all I get is aggression with what should be an easy in and out. Brown people beware. And they were talking politics about vaccinations, etc.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe lady that did my hair totally messed it up!!! I asked for a hard cut, 7 under and trim top to all a ame length and I went home and was cleaning up and noticed she didn’t do the hard cut and the hair line was all crooked and not blended it and then neck hair line was crooked/pointed when I asked to have it squared off. If I could rate this 0 stars I so would!!! Not to mention she was super rude and didn’t take her time she rushed through the cut because I went in 30 minutes before close. The lady that did my hair totally messed it up!!! I asked for a hard cut, 7 under and trim top to all a ame length and I went home and was cleaning up and noticed she didn’t do the hard cut and the hair line was all crooked and not blended it and then neck hair line was crooked/pointed when I asked to have it squared off.
