If your going to have the highest price for a male haircut in town, at least do a good job. I get it’s an hour before closing your ready to go home. It’s back to school time, you’re busy. However, $22.00 for a 12 year olds haircut is kinda a lot. My sons standard fade has lines down the back of his head. I never complain in store, it’s just a haircut. He was fine with it. Two weeks it will be time for another one. I just won’t come back to Super Cuts. I’ll go across the street where I can get the same quality for $7.99 with a coupon. At least I know not to look to closely there.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI recently had an accident that left me unable to do the basic things like taking care of my hair. I went to Nikki for a shampoo and conditioning treatment and she even braided my hair to make it easier on me for my surgery. I so appreciated her suggestion that was perfect for me and my situation. I even loved the curls I had once taking them out! I will continue to go to Nikki and love having her as my hair angel. She makes me feel great and is very accommodating to me and my injury. I went to Nikki for a shampoo and conditioning treatment and she even braided my hair to make it easier on me for my surgery. I so appreciated her suggestion that was perfect for me and my situation. Stylist argued with me over what I wanted done. Ended up doing what she wanted and wasn’t happy. Felt very overcharged after the price was said. Over 60 dollars for what was supposed to be a hair thinning and trim!!! I can pay that amount for a WAY better salon and stylist, and mark my words, I will. Supercuts has lost mine and my family’s business permanently.

This is the nicest Supercuts location I’ve been to, by a long shot. The wait was a bit longer than normal, but in the end I’d almost consider that a plus. They didn’t rush my haircut at all, and I’d assume they weren’t rushing the person in front of me either. The haircut was great, no complaints there. I suppose what really made the difference was the combination of good stylist and pleasant stylist. They were wonderful to talk to, even though I believe they were somewhat new there. Great haircut, great conversation, reasonable price.
