I called ahead to see if they do perms. I was told yes. I asked if they had availability today. The lady said yes and she could do it now. I rushed over there. She had a couple other haircuts in front of me so I patiently waited almost an hour. When she was done I started talking to her that I was looking for a beach wave perm. She then informs me they don’t do perms! I confirmed it was the same number and location I called (as I already knew she was the one I talked to). Another stylist shows up at that point and starts trying to say I must have called somewhere else and was I sure it was their place. I showed her my phone log where I had called them directly, the amount of time I spoke with them, and the site that gave me their info. She said they don’t do perms. I was very upset. I did go ahead and get my hair cut as I was already there for over an hour and a half. I was charged full price and I tipped as is only appropriate but I would not go back.
