Ginger was amazing. She gave me a wonderful short haircut of my choosing. It is a Bob meets a Pixie kind of a cut. Super cute! She involved me in the entire process which I think is very important so that we both had the same thing in mind. I’m so happy with my hair! Everyone loves it, but more importantly I love it. Critical: Professionalism, QualityJust moved to Van Buren and needed a haircut for my son and I. We went here because I work all week and this place was open on Sunday. I will say the manager was very nice. I didn’t catch her name but she was pleasant. My review is more for the lady who cut my sons hair she was in the back left corner. She was very unorganized, snarky to the extreme, overly rough and didn’t accomplish anything I asked for.When I explained to her how I wanted my sons hair faded and a hard part while showing her where it was already parted and had been cut that way for years. She immediately parted it the other way telling me with an attitude that it needed to be done this way because of his hair. I explained to her again what I wanted and she gave me another explanation of what she was doing with more attitude she was only combing his hair hadn’t cut anything yet and my son a 4 year old was excited to tell her we were going to the Trampoline park and she cut him off mid sentence, turned his head forward and said i need you to look forward. Then proceeded to be rough and leave scratches all over my sons neck She only managed to trim his hair and didn’t get the hard part or cut it the way i wanted. My son always enjoys getting a hair cut and doesn’t squirm or move around when it’s time this right here is inexcusable and i would tell anyone especially with children not to use her. My sister is a cosmetologist and typically does my hair. She was supposed to the other day but was stuck in NWA. I was set on getting my hair cut, so I went yesterday to Supercuts. Janace did great on my cut. However, I put down on the check in paper for a wash, cut, and style. I have very curly hair so it gets crazy if I don’t style it. After she finished the cut, I reminded her that I was wanting her to blow dry and straighten my hair (I don’t mind paying the extra. And I would’ve even tipped better with the higher total). And even after I said “I was wanting to see if you could blow dry and straighten my hair too.” And she sorta disregarded that comment and said “if you straighten your hair you may find some long pieces but just come back and we can fix it for you if you’re unhappy with anything. Which of course I loved to hear, but I guess she must have been tired and ready to head home because she just ended up not blow drying or straightening my hair like I wanted and spoke up about that I wanted. She just hopped up and was ready for me to pay. Maybe just some miscommunication or maybe she didn’t get what I was meaning. Great cut overall. Just wish I left with my hair blow dried and styled. I think the manager’s name is Ginger and she was very kind when I first came in to work with me because they’d over charged my husband by $20 a few weeks prior by accident. No biggie and they’re going to get it fixed for me this coming week. My complaints are small compared to the good. So, overall a pretty good experience. Thank you!

Went there Sunday evening to get a haircut while I was in town to visit my parents for an interview in with corporate boss. Anissa was the only one working and let me tell you it was a great experience and she did an amazing job on my hair! When I told her why I was getting a cut she made sure the results came through spot on and told me I was going to get the job because my hair cut was so nice! Well let me tell you I got the job and I’ll say it was bc she helped make sure I was presentable! Thank you ma’am for the great cut and fun experience!

I’ve gone to this salon to get the vast majority of my haircuts for years now, and I always walk out having the best time and an even better haircut! Recently, I decided to go back to having short hair after growing my hair out, and yet again Supercuts didn’t disappoint! Absolutely love my new haircut!

I got a terrible cut done yesterday. Unfortunately the stylist was so slow she almost made me late so I had to leave before saying anything. I showed her a photo and asked “Can you do this style?” She said “Yes it’s easy.” Well, apparently not. My hair is butchered. Upon looking at the front, neither side of my hair lengths match up. She doesn’t know how to do layers at all, she has no clue how to frame a face, my fringe is a disaster. I’ve never been so displeased with a cut. I look like a poorly groomed poodle. The only time I’ll return is to get this disaster fixed by a different stylist. (hopefully it’s fixable.) Thank God I own wigs if no one can fix this. I’m damn near in tears over my hair. How did that lady get a license to cut???
