Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLiterally AWFUL. I went in for a hair cut. How simple is that? Did NOT ask for layers which this isn’t even layers it’s literally six different lengths. Her name was Kenna I do not recommend her to anyone ever. I’ve tried going in to get it fixed but they’re always packed and don’t call you when a spot is open nor can you make an appointment yet I keep having to go out of my way to try, so I’d like a refund. Literally AWFUL. I went in for a hair cut. How simple is that? Did NOT ask for layers which this isn’t even layers it’s literally six different lengths. Her name was Kenna I do not recommend her to anyone ever. Critical: ProfessionalismThe lady took less than 5 minutes to cut my hair ($22). I was sitting and waiting for her to finish up her current customer for 30 minutes with hot towel and clean up real nice. My hair cut took her less than 5 minutes, no hot towel to clean up. Never ever going back to this place. They should have called “Speedy Cuts”.Service: Haircut

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m terrible with names but the only lady there today, a Sunday, had curly brown hair and tattoos. She was very nice, and cut my daughter’s hair just how I had asked. My daughter loves it and we are both happy that her first experience with a hairdresser was a good one. The lady also helped us pick a good product for my daughter, and one for myself. I’m terrible with names but the only lady there today, a Sunday, had curly brown hair and tattoos. She was very nice, and cut my daughter’s hair just how I had asked. My daughter loves it and we are both happy that her first experience with a hairdresser was a good one. The lady also helped us pick a good product for my daughter, and one for myself. Critical: QualityStylist was nice but immediately went into cutting my hair twice as short as asked. Rather than keep it symmetrical she felt the need to slice off the left half of the top as if it was the sides. Nice customer service but a haircut so bad the only way to fix it was to go baldService: Haircut

Critical: PunctualityWhen I first walked in I was greeted and told it was a 15 minute wait wound up being closer to an hour because there were two when I walked in but the second one left the floor leaving only one person. The lady that was doing my hair did not act like she knew what she was doing. I don’t know if she was new or what. Yes my hair finally got cut but not the way I wanted it. The only good point about this facility right now is not having to make an appointment. I don’t know if I will go back. When I first walked in I was greeted and told it was a 15 minute wait wound up being closer to an hour because there were two when I walked in but the second one left the floor leaving only one person. The lady that was doing my hair did not act like she knew what she was doing. I don’t know if she was new or what. Yes my hair finally got cut but not the way I wanted it.
